STEP &SWEAT
This 45 min class incorporates a combination of cardiovascular training on an adjustable platform and some challenging core exercises designed to help you move better. The emphasis is on your cardio, core strength and balance.
FLEX IT
This 45 min workout is designed to develop strength and build lean muscles. Some cardio drills are included to keep the participant within their target heart rate zone. The focus is on posture and great quality of movement to develop strength.
HARDCORE STEP
This 30- 45 min class incorporates a combination of cardiovascular training on an adjustable platform with some explosive, fast and dynamic movements designed to improve your overall conditioning.
