SHIPPING &RETURN POLICY
General Information
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure to have the correct address including all relevant and/or required information (abbreviations, street numbers, building/apartment numbers, etc.).
WHERE DO WE SHIP?
STEP ZONE ships to most countries worldwide. All packages are shipped either via regular post (Canada POST for domestic shipping) or via registered courier service (USPS or DHL). All Items shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered by us.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
STEP ZONE is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, strikes, or delays once the package has exited Canada.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:
DOMESTIC (Canada post)
Flat rate depending on the order (weight, timeframe)
INTERNATIONAL
Courier service rates are determined based on location.
HOW LONG BEFORE I CAN RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The normal processing time for domestic orders is 4 - 7 business days (Monday - Friday) and 14-30 business days internationally. Due to the high volume of orders and Covid-19 Protocols, please allow additional time for processing orders.
Please keep in mind that shipping times could vary during holidays or restocks.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed.
DELIVERY CLAIMS:
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking number states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we encourage you to follow up with your local post office or you can file a claim with them.
STEP ZONE is no longer responsible for that package once the status is updated to “In transit”.
Return policy and refunds:
If 30 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.
No refund will be issued for lost, stolen, abandoned, undeliverable or incorrectly addressed shipments.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return a purchased item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note if you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
If you are shipping back an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service (UPS, FEDEX, DHL). We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note it could take up to 20 business days to process your refund once we receive the item.
Exchange: We have a Strict no Exchange policy.

FAQ
1.WHAT DO I GET WHEN I SUBSCRIBE FOR 40$ MONTHLY?
Your account is linked to a subscription which includes recurring monthly payments. As a member, you gain access to 2 virtual HIIT THE STEP sessions per week, full access to more than 200 on demand videos, access to nutrition and exercise tips, access toa like-minded community.
2. HOW DO I HAVE ACCESS TO VIRTUAL CLASSES ?
First, create an account on www.stepzone.ca. Pay the fees by signing up to the "HITT THE STEP" program and enjoy 3 days for free.
Go to “my account”, your classes will be found under the “LIVE STREAM” tab:
STEP and SWEAT (TUE @6:00 pm EST), Flex IT (Friday @ 600 pm EST).
If you are on the site before class has started, refresh your page at the time of class for the current LIVE class to pop up.
3. DO I NEED EQUIPMENT TO PARTICIPATE?
All our classes and programs require minimal equipment: Aerobic step, resistance bands, yoga mat, 5-15 lbs dumbbells (optional). Please note, you can purchase all equipment on www.stepzone.ca
4. CAN I ACCESS VIRTUAL CLASSES ANYTIME?
Your "HITT THE STEP" classes will be saved for a period of 48 hours under my lives
5. CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
You can cancel your subscription at anytime under "My subscriptions" and click on "CANCEL". If you decide to cancel before the 30 days, you will still be billed for the remaining days on your subscription period and will no longer have access to your account.
Privacy and Policy
SECTION 1 - HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
We collect the personal information you provide us such as your name, address and email as part of the buying and selling process.
We also collect personal information for the following purposes:
- To understand your fitness and other related needs and objectives and to assist you in achieving them.
- To determine your eligibility for membership and for receiving our products and services.
Email marketing (If applicable): We may send you emails about our store, new products and events and other updates.
SECTION 2 – CONSENT
Your knowledge and consent are required for the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal information. When you sign up with us, you consent to the use of your personal information for the purposes listed above.
If we ask for your personal information for other reasons, like marketing, we will ask you directly for your expressed consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at infostepzone.ca@gmail.com.
SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
Step Zone Studio will not sell or disclose any of your personal information to any other organization or third parties without first obtaining your consent.
Step Zone Studio may, however, disclose your information in the following cases:
- to protect the rights, property or safety of Step Zone Studio, our employees, our members and others,
- to comply with a subpoena, warrant or order
- to a police force, if required by law
- to a person authorized by a law or collective agreement
- to an investigative body or government institution which can oblige us to do so
in emergency situations in which we believe that the life, health or safety of a member or other person may be in danger.
- to an agent retained by Step Zone Studio in connection with the collection of your account.
SECTION 4 - WIX
Our store is hosted on WIX. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through their secured data storage.
Payment on WIX:
WIX is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) compliant and is accredited as a level 1 service provider and merchant. This standard helps create a secure environment by increasing cardholder data security, thus reducing credit card fraud.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then WIX stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored as long as necessary to complete your purchase. After completion, your purchase history and personal information is deleted.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Although no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
SECTION 6 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. Those third-party service providers, such as payment transaction processors (i.e PayPal) usually have their own privacy policies.
We recommend that you read carefully their privacy policies before you engage in any transaction.
Please note, some third-party service providers are located outside of Canada. As a result, your personal information may be accessible to regulatory authorities in accordance with the law of these jurisdictions.
As an example, if you are in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under this country’s legislation.
Once you are redirected to a third-party website, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.
